Degenz: Your AI Wingman (“the App”) is developed and operated by Miracle Plus Investment LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our voice-first AI dating and social coaching app.

At launch, the App does not intentionally collect or store personal data such as name, email, or identifiers. We may temporarily process limited information on your device for core functionality, including:

We do not store or retain user content beyond what’s required to generate your response in real time.

2. How We Use Information

Any temporary data is used solely to operate and improve app functionality. Specifically, we use data to:

Generate AI responses based on your voice or text input
Ensure performance, fix bugs, and detect abuse or spam

We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Services and Processors

The App may communicate with third-party APIs (for example, for AI processing or text-to-speech). These providers process data only to deliver requested functionality and are bound by their own privacy policies. Potential providers include:

We encourage you to review those services’ privacy practices when used in-app.

4. Data Retention

All voice or text inputs are processed in real time and deleted immediately after generating a response, unless otherwise required for diagnostics or crash analysis. No persistent personal profiles are created.

5. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all communications. Sensitive processing is performed through Apple’s or trusted vendors’ secure infrastructure. Despite best efforts, no method of online transmission is 100% secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from someone under 17, please contact us for removal.

7. Your Rights

If applicable laws (such as the EU GDPR or California CCPA) grant you rights regarding personal data, you may:
